What we focus on:

Site context: where it sits, what’s around it, and why that matters
Access & approach: entrances, circulation, truck routes, parking, visibility
Scale & layout: building footprint, pads, yards, adjacent areas
Exterior condition (as seen): rooflines, elevations, loading areas, utilities placement
Interior flow (when needed): key spaces and how they connect, not a random walk-through
Selling points: what makes the property work—frontage, signage, docks, lot use, etc.

Photography (ground)

Clean interior/exterior stills that help a broker sell the space without overexplaining it. Focus is on flow, scale, finishes, and the parts prospects care about (frontage, signage, entries, common areas, loading, etc.).
